first dont count turkey..

but thats not really right.. they have high IQ just because not every high IQ get the job does not mean there arn't any of them .. take Iraq as an excample yet today you wont say there is much IQ because of war.. but some decades ago they had the most university graduates in ME.. that happens everywhere in muslim countries.. an external power making everything worser..

but also I see many many arabs today who go on education..
