Stalingrad was an unexpected move.Hitler didnt heard his generals instead went after invading everything at the same time.He put the crappiest hungary,romania and bulgarians to guard the borders. If a full command of germans themself have taken guard, Russia might have to giveup Staling grad and later on other territories.

since the heading was What if Germany won WWII? ,so

the whole of EU today might have been under Germans control including most of Africa.While supporting the Japs to keep up thier loyalty in the East.Then world would have had 2 super powers.
One being Germany and her sub-ordinate and Asian dominate being Japan.
Unlike the Unipolar world which we are having today, world might have seen bipolar world which is still far better than unipolar.

and our friendly freedom fighter of India Mr.Netaji would have been ruling India kicking brits *** in India.
