why?
im a muslim, palestinians are my muslim brothers and their well being concerns me and 95 percent of all pakistanis.
so to me and 95percent of all pakistanis consider them enemies.

the attack didn't take place because they knew the response they would get would be fatal to them, understood? not because they had mercy on us. don't confuse my hate for israel as hate for jews. i admire israel and their success but in the end of the day they still an enemy nation for us till this palestinian issue is solved.

You know what the problem today? We are still stuck on the issues of the past. Israel is a reality today and is here to stay no matter what we want or do. The sooner we accept the reality and force the Palestinians to do the same, the better it would be for all of us. Perhaps, then Israel too would find some middle ground with Palestine.

And dude, it is quite unwise to go out and seek enemies. Israel has never been an adversary or an enemy and my suggestion would be not to go looking for a fight.

Look at Pakistan's five year-old plan for N. Wazirstan, it includes drone deployments. link Perhaps you shouldn't be so quick to blame the Americans for action and the PA for inaction?

Most likely the plans had be postponed as the apparent expectation of PakMil of getting the Predator drones from the US went ice cold.

May be @Oscar can commemt on how freeing up bandwidth for Pakistan will help in UCAV development.

Unless there are sat comm terminals aboard the UCAV's, that bandwidth does nothing for them. Currently the UCAV program is not doing much as priorities seem to have been set aside for other projects.

Where the heck Pakistan supposed to develop own drones with the addition of armed missiles ? After Shamsi Airbase closed, it seems Pakistan is powerless to prevent US predator drones, it is unacceptables.

It is responsible of Pakistan to take control and spy on terrorists activities and east-west borders by own drones.

Pakistan destroy ho chuka hai aor tumhain Burak ka para hai. Khara Jf17 aor AWACS hi bacha lo to bari baat hai.

It evolved into some other UAVs,and the technology conceived is being used in other projects.But the Burraq UCAV never came into existence,and wont any time soon.

We are not looking forward to see Buraq or Burqa veil. This surveillance project is just nothing to benefit Pakistan's requirements as we keep sending F-16s surveillance or monitor terrorist activities in North area. What I am desperately looking for kind of armed Predator.

^^ Its not all doom and gloom.Selex Galeleo had a massive cash injection from Saudi Arabia,and Saudia has acces to pretty cool sensor,optronics and radar technology.
Now that Nawaz Sharif is on the throne and him being in very good relations with Saudia.
We can hope that some of that technology will trickle down to Pakistan.

nobody is saying israel isn't here, perhaps you should read what i said before replying?

You're saying some very strange things.

The Palestinians have pretty much accepted Israel as a reality, it's the Israelis that don't consider Palestine as a reality. This is grounded in the fact that Israel continues to slowly annex UN designated Palestinian land.

Second, it was not Pakistan that considered Israel an enemy, it was Israel that wanted to bomb Pakistan. Pakistan didn't and doesn't recognize Israel, due to Israel's refusal to accept Palestine, but there was no out right hostilities between the two. Thankfully, India didn't allow Israel to carry out the Israel bombing operation, because they knew that India would be the first target in any retaliatory attack.
