In present stage at any case China is far more powerful than Russia.

China only have a huge economy due to cheap manufacturing but still China's Research and Development is a kid before what Russians have achieved.

Neither Russia-China nor Russia-India share any cultural bond whatsoever.

There may be alliances of convenience, but Russians see themselves as Europeans.

The reason the West's internal unity has endured for so long is because the US and Europe share very deep cultural bonds which underpin their shared interests.

They selected China, Belarus and Kazakhstan as the countries with the highest approval rating from Russians.

Russians or Soviets in military technology achieved more than our Chinese can imagine.There was a time where US
was one step behind the Soviets.

This is not about the records.A 12 ,I think SR 71 Blackbird was a recce and survill plane.
AFAIK it didnt have any weapons capability.
Mig 25 had formidable weapons capability and comparatively better speed of Mach 2.83.
