What can Imran khan do if courts interferes in everything

The people intellect has gone down. This is the sign of the day of judgement. Great people will pass away and replaced by those with less intellect. If we had Mufti as a leader of judges, we would be screwed

You didnt answer my question.

As an elected Cheif executive of Pakistan, under present laws and constitution, does a sitting PM have powers to exercise his will on matters which are already proven to be of public interests , with or without judiciary consent or opposition? Can he put judiciary orders in bin and say no , my orders are supreme? Specially in this case where another state institution, FIA, has already exposed the sugar mafia?

The PM CANNOT put the orders of the judiciary in the bin; the post of the PM is NOT a DICTATORIAL or AUTHORITARIAN position and is accountable for all actions! Moving on, should I remind you that the same PM, via his conduits i.e. the CM KPK, has used the same judiciary to place a stay order on investigations into the Peshawar Metro project.

Accountability is either for all or for none!

Isn't the modern Judge similar to the Qazi?
The Qazi himself investigates the cases but with the population rising it is difficult for Qazis to investigate, this is why the Qazi(judge) of today get help from the police to investigate. So the police builds up a case and then gives the evidence in court to the Judge to make the decision.

The judges of today have alot more power I guess, they have supreme Judicial council which could sack them but nothing above that.

Lol to he honest I wouldn't want a 21st century mufti making the decisions.

Our justice system is broken. We need to start back up from our last working system, which is the Islamic one.

We need to research the system of justice of Mughals, Durranis and modern examples of Afghanistan, Iran, Tribal areas and find a system which works for us.

I cannot fully explain it here on this forum. If you get a chance check out Dr. Israr Ahmad's books on the topic of Islamic governance. There has also been material written by Maulana Maududi and Mufti Taqi Usmani.

Do as Reis Erdo'an has done! Witch hunt the traitors wherever and whatever position they're in, and send them to the cleaners...

In the matters of the State, one needs to be just and strict....

Any reference to the constitution which defines the power of the PM as chief executive of Pakistan?

This is the case of "accountability for all" you were talking about where own PTI leader neck is on the line. We got state institution , FIA doing thorough investigation on all the culprits , YET the judiciary is giving relief of the sugar mafia. This is a case of public interest as they are the ones who got hammered by the sugar mafia. If the public representative cannot exercise their powers due to some "unelected" individuals in judiciary who are not answerable to the citizens of Pakistan, then it leaves the big question mark on the whole system, the election process, the formation of government through numbers in parliament and power bestowed on the prime minster of Pakistan through this process.

What you are asking for is an education, instead you can google yourself what powers are held by the PM of Pakistan under the executive authority. The PM cannot even post the IG of Sindh let alone overrule Judicial rulings.

Today there is only a lot of hot air and noise, nothing concrete about any investigation on Sugar cartel/mafia. And everyone is aware of the falling out of IK with JT much before any of this started. On the contrary, PTI has decided to hide behind stay orders where KPK Metro investigation is concerned.....had this been done by PML, entire PTI online force would have ripped PML and the judiciary a new one.

By the way, honestly, I don't know what you want; are you after absolute power for the PM? Would you have accepted the same for the elected PM Nawaz Sharif or those before him?
