So sorry to our Pakistani friends. I really do not want to insult anyone, including Indian. I've just stated the truth, which anyone can verify by videos and pictures about N.Korea and India.

Of course Indian will say that North Korea hides their slums. In this case, perhaps N.Korea technology has surpassed all the world, because they can cheat the US satellites.

So the NK ranking really can't be directly compared with everyone else's; it's kind of unique.

All these data can reflect only part of quality of life. India, which 50 times more population than North Korea, manages to get maximum 1 gold medal in any Olympic, while North Korea can get 4 - 5. It is only one aspect.

Regarding GDP per capita, Russia's in 1990 was $1200, while Vietnam's today (or Nigeria) is double. But does anyone believe that Vietnamese (Or Nigerian) standard of living, education, technology, sport, scientific development etc. today is better than Russia in 1990?.

North Korea is a closed country, at least by Western media. Therefore, any data by Western source (even UN) is just for reference.
