Russia has not inducted Brahmos because of its sheer side......They plan to induct it in their Gorshkov frigates and other ships....

Besides IA and IN both have ordered and it speaks volumes

Brahmos do not meet the Russian requirement. It's build only for India. Russia will have something better.
