What about jf-17 for bangladesh airforce?

Anyway can you tell me what Bangladesh thinks of JF-17 because till now it hasn't find any customer. As far as I know Countries mainly buy those Aircrafts which are popular in International Arms market.

With current JF 17 yes.... But as i said by the time India will get all 126 A/C

As far as spec goes and the price, JF-17 seems apealing. But as China is not betting on it, there will be very few countries interested on that air craft. Bangladesh seems found F-7BGI more reliable than JFT.

I know Khaleda Zia is anti-India but never knew she is pro-Pakistan. If I am not wrong, It was her husband Zia ur Rahman only who revolted with Bengali soldiers in 1971 and declared independence of Bangladesh on "Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendro" which was picked by a Japanese Ship.

Well I have no interest in bringing any LCA, the other Pakistani guy only bring it here, I was discussing BD only. Anyway Bangladesh is our neighbor, so it I put some point its no wrong.

Also I will tell you one thing, the only difference between LCA & JF-17 is that Pakistan is too hurry in inducting JF-17 in PAF but not in case of LCA for India because India has no problem of money and options like Sukhoi-30MKI, T-50, Eurofighter/Rafaele etc.

Bangladeshi will never buy indian aircraft because then there will be a lot of controversy.......... China is a better source as both AL BNP trust the country...... So we will be getting FC-1.

but u can't change the basics, some performance parameters of an aircraft are inherent to its design, construction material etc etc, u can't change them.....and don't compare with F16....pakistan doesn't has US money.....

Perhaps need of the time for Bangladesh but not more reliable.... BD already operation F7s and ordering new F7s will reduce maintenance cost, Training cost, etc etc..... With new A/C you'll need new training for that A/C not only for pilot but also for the rest of the crew.... So for me its decision based on economics not technology.... Unless you are telling me that BD dont face money problems when it comes to buying toys for its armed forces.

I also agree with you. Also India don't have plans to market LCA. Anyway I also agree that India should sell rail engines to Bangladesh but not any aircraft. Better they go for Chinese, Russian or European fighters.

This is why Bangladesh will prefer fc-1 from china. If china shares the profit with Pakistan its their problem..........

Yes you are right about Zia. He was patriot. He fought for Pakistan in 1965. When he was informed about troops buildup in Bangladesh (24th march).... His decision was to remain loyal until Pak starts killing.........

Yes we dont have US money but again we wont spend it all in one day... PAF have history of getting the best with the least...... Bangladesh doesnt have money and i do think fc-1 has no alternative as cost effective option.

u need change the full design of an aircraft to counter which is many years ahead of your aircraft......but nobody knows the future for sure....i will leave this discussion.....
