Completely irrelevant. A fisherman crossing an unmarked territory is not equivalent of robbers cutting fences, stealing cattle and shooting unarmed villagers.

Lynching is not BD specific, many Indians would support lynching of any range of criminals in any part of the country. Has more to do with the implementation of law and order. Like in this case, BSF and the BGB allowed a bunch of robbers to cross the border and shoot a unarmed civilians. And this is repeated offense. Fault lies with the security agencies.
