As per your flags you are a Bangladeshi living in the USA, so what exactly you do in USA? Just curious about the American policy on immigration...
Yes, Bangladesh will gain land border with Nepal, Bhutan and China, And India will be bifurcated. It will be a huge strategic gain if it happens. I mean look at the map, Nepal, bhutan, sikkim, assam, China, all will depend on Bangladesh.
Bengalies whether Muslim or Hindus had one identity up to 1900....
Following that Muslim consciousness was given birth through to the partition of Bengal. The primary fault lay in the underrepresentaion of Muslims in the Bengal parliament.
The birth of Muslim league in Dhaka was the genesis of Muslim identity given form that solidified through the khilafa movement into pan subcontinental Muslim identity that became the Pakistan movement.
The father of Muslim of Bengals and also of Pakistan was not swarwardi nor Jinnah but Shere e Bengal Fazlul Haq who proposed the Lahore resolution.
no we will simply take over US en masse and rule the goras...Yes, Bangladesh will gain land border with Nepal, Bhutan and China, And India will be bifurcated.
that was mainstream hindu religious view originating from caste system.. not extremism...u really needs to learn some history man , hindus extremist always wanted to be separate , they didnt want muslim to touch their plate , glass or anythings they use . they didnt want muslim to drink same tap water where they were drinking , they want everythings to be seprated , muslims never wanted to be separated , but all this action by hindus extremist actually force for that movement

How did you come to that conclusion? Have you spoken to crores of Bengalis living in East Bengal at the time?
One way to gauge the opinion of the average citizen is to take a note of the views of popular political figures.
Suhrawardy was the most popular political leader of Bengali Muslims. Did he not want an united, secular Bengal?
We couldn't have it our way, thanks to the mainstream Hindu and Muslim leadership of British India.
It's inevitable. The map maker missed Tripura! ;p
Whilst that was the case, that in it if it self could not result in the type of movement that created Pakistan.
Muslim league was created by the landed Muslim aristocracy and merchant class who would not have been impacted by such backward Hindu behaviour in their day to day life . What impacted them was the sunset taxation rules that decimated Muslim landowners in favour of Hindu clerical class that thrived under the British and the subsequent underrepresentaion of the Muslim interest in the Bengal parliament.
I would agree with you in this regard, the separation that Muslim sought was the result of Hindu hegemony that was coming into being.
