You're obviously keeping things close to your chest, which is fine but so far I'm not seeing anything that a dozen other mature systems don't already do. You want to build up an MVP then go around to investors asking money to build the full product. That's the wrong approach. Even if you do get some interested in investing, they'll dilute your shares to a point where you won't even be motivated to continue. Why? Because you have no customers. Products don't build business, customers do.
I would recommend validating your ideas with potential customers who would be willing to pay for your service. I spend most of my day in remote meetings, most through skype, some through zoom and other custom twilio-based systems. How would you convince a guy like me to switch to your system?
