Risks and Rewards go hand in hand. Pakistan took the risk by engaging in unconventional wars and has been handsomely rewarded with strong military power. On the other hand Bangladesh did not take any risk and is still weak militarily.

If China wants to kill us, give us financial aid. US have been providing aid to Pakistan due to which we never learn to stand on our feet. Our exports didn't grow in last ten years.
Best thing China can do (and already doing) is to invest in Pakistan.

Seriously they dont even have to convert it to aide , just convert the projects into bot . Let them take the financial risk of the projects, and earn profits , instead of the federal guarantees in place now.
