There are a lot of mid-rises but a dearth of really tall skyscrapers; in fact I wouldn't really class a lot f the buildings in Dhaka, for example, skyscrapers at all. Also, I think we shouldn't just build tall constructions here, there and everywhere. Everything should be well planned. The buildings should be concentrated in the business districts. You need more open space living elsewhere

We need more space between buildings too, otherwise it's like a concrete jungle. The Government don't care about the conditions of the city and the environment. Heck they don't even care about Sundarbans and thus nothing will happen.

Yeah, the cities need to be very well-planned. I think we should shamelessly model the cities on some the major American ones. Anyway, the sky scrapers need to be concentrated in the centre of the city where people go into work, but as you head out of the central areas, the city should become more open spaced, more liveable. The buildings should be well spaced out otherwise, as you say, it looks like a concrete jungle, and rather claustrophobic.

At the moment we are getting some cheap loans and probably hiring low cost architects from China and mindlessly erecting buildings without much thought given to proper city planning. We also should not employ Hindu architects as their primary job is to ruin Bangladesh. If you put up hundreds and thousands of buildings then imagine the consequences if they are crammed into small spaces. It becomes very difficult to undo the mess.

The biggest limitation to high rise is the sewage system. Even significant parts of delhi are not allowed to go high rise by authorities cuz of this...whereas ncr gurgaon and noida with new sewage system are almost completely high rise..maybe you should look when was the last time the sewage systems were updated in major cities of bangladesh

Most of your posts are that of models, very few are real. Also, no matter how tall our buildings are becoming, the gap between them isn't changing. Very few buildings are leaving more than a metre or two gap between each building.

The new law permits to go tall as long as you leave 40% for free space. Buildings now a days are more far than before.

They are called CAD architectural renders and most projects were built after the fact.

Skyscraper consume a lot of power,Bangladesh need to fix up its electricity problem first.Not to mention skyscraper apartments are very expensive and I doubt there is a strong demand for them there.
