Is that what we send them to assemblies for? to check emails and draw while being paid from our tax money.

So if a dumbarss uses a tablet, he's considered an IT expert? 
I'd love to have some real IT experts in assemblies instead of all those fake degree holders, feudal, jawabs, chaudharies etc who ain't have sh!t to do with anything related to common man's issues.. At least they'll be able to do some good for IT industry which is in sh!t hole and is still bringing millions of $$$ in Pakistan annually..
