I appreciate your support for the dark black Africans but I guess your reasons for blocking India from NSG are perhaps different.
It is kind of hilarious for me know that Indians are racist towards blacks but the average Indians themselves are not fair by any stretch of imagination ...they are pretty close to black Africans who they look down upon...We have a lot of Tamils in Spore and I mostly confuse them with Africans.
This is unfortunate that the amount of melanin in the skin causes so much division among human beings.

2013; Pune, Maharashtra: A nigerian national riding motercycle over run a traffic signal like most of Pune people was stopped by police with 4 other Pune riders. When asked for driving licence he beatup the single police guy. The crowd resonded and beat the hell out of nigerian who later was taken to hospital by the very Cop he beat and was charged.

3 days later Nagerian filed the case "being victim of Racism' the univercity and naigerian deplomate full pressure on the case. But the for the badluck of dude their was a traffic camp which recorded everything. Univercity expelled him and sent back home.

Nigerians ( correct spell ) are involved in drug trafficing in state of Maharshtra and Goa. On arrrest they cant be deported as they burned the passports so their govt wont accept yhem

I think Delhi is fastly getting an reputation as one of the intolerable cities to live in. However Africans drug problem cannot be washed out. Africans and Indians should learn to coexists with each other. Indians should remember Gandhi in South Africa. Period.

At least the Indians and Africans have real cultural differences (archaic in nature) that are responsible for stereotyping and discrimination.What's the issue with your countrymen?
