In general they are way more successful than Muslims from other parts of the world , with the world top class infrastructure Xinjiang is well on her way to become one of the most developed regions in central Asia and even the world in the near future. See Muslims in nearby regions like Afghanistan, Kashmir, Iraq, Syria..people live in abject poverty and fear of death, wars and killings are fact of everyday life, no running water, no stable electricity, no proper education, even food is scarce, people have their daily struggle to just stay alive, children lives ended early by preventable and curable disease and malnutrition.. would you have mercy on those souls?
