Only the PAF may answer that question...

It's only the media that incidentally uncovered its existence in Pak.

Be it MLRS,Howitzers,SPGs etc .. Pak military for some reason is secretive as hell.

Indeed. the cap on top of the prop is different; more blunt and not as pointed, but is could be partially burried. But by comparing with US drones it is even more different.
