But what about they already claiming responsibility of recent terrorist attack. On other hand, charges could never be framed against Hindu priest inspite of best efforts of anti Hindu Congress. They are not terrorist named by India but international bodies.

Neither BLA or any other organisations you mentioned is in India. It is in your country and you are free to take the actions you want. You can't take any action against LET or JEM until your army changes. The difference between both the cases is that we have eliminated terrorism from whole of India except J and K. No terrorism can stop our progress and our rise. It is for you guys to evaluate pros and cons. You should be careful that one day JEM or LET may not turn against you. Infact, terrorism has strengthened India thought we suffered some losses but country became strong. Make an evaluation of your country and whether it became strong or weak.
