On Wednesday, the US State Department said that the Libyan army carried out operations against the al-Qaeda and ISIS organizations, confirming that terrorist organizations had mainly targeted it.
A report issued by the US State Department on terrorism confirmed on Wednesday that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia makes combating terrorism a top security priority and enjoys high-quality legal and institutional frameworks to combat extremism and terrorism.
The report added that Riyadh worked to strengthen regional cooperation to combat terrorism and actively participated in the operations of the international coalition against the ISIS terrorist organization.
The State Department report also confirmed that ISIS and al-Qaeda had attempted to extend their influence in Yemen due to the security vacuum created by attempts by Iranian-backed Houthi militias to jump to power in Yemen.
Regarding Iran, the US report said that Iran allows an al-Qaeda network of facilities to operate within its territory and to send financial support and militants to conflict areas in Syria and Afghanistan.
He said that Iran was spending about $ 700 million annually to finance terrorist groups such as Hezbollah, and the sanctions imposed on Tehran recently contributed greatly to reducing this support.
The Libyan Army General Command strengthened its forces in the front line with the Turkish mercenaries and the Libyan militias loyal to it with huge thunderbolt and artillery forces with air cover.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the 5 Iranians took the lead in ships that delivered oil shipments to Venezuela.
He added that the proposal that America give Iran money to finance terrorism "is simply ridiculous."
Pompeo stressed that Iran has blocked the work of the International Atomic Energy Agency, which raises serious questions about Tehran's efforts and what it is trying to hide.
