Can anybody post the correct chronology of Bhutto's statements which may throw light on when and why Bhutto conceived the programme of nuclear weapon?

Some websites say it was in 1965 and some say it was in 1972. I have a faint memory of reading in some book that it was in 1972. So he must have uttered that phrase first time in 1972.
