Depends on your needs, if you want a good camera then go for Lumia 920 if you gonna use your phone for Games, Apps etc then go for 4s, iPhone apps are awesome as compared to Android. I won't recommend s3.

based on your need you have already selected iphone 4. You want brand to show off aam admi, then apple is the best (in pakistan).
if you want to show off to geeky friends... nexus phones will score browny points.
if you want to be a little metrosexual, and show off to city girls (the non dehati ones).. get a good lumia and remember to get blue or yellow back cover and probably matching pants to go with. lolz
