Its fairly neutral except for the interviews, why would they only interview those in IOK and not Azad Kashmir?

Azad Kashmir might be very anti-India. Notice all the interviews were neutral. There are people in Azad kashmir who are pro-independence from Pakistan but it would be hard to find a pro-indian Azad Kashmiri.
