Interesting find although I think the index is somewhat inaccurate. For instance, I notice that the UK occupies the top spot but, in my experience, anywhere worth visiting requires a visa (China, Russia, India, Iran) which usually costs twice the going rate for UK/US nationals. A Japanese or Singaporean, on the other hand, can travel to most countries, including China and Iran, visa free on short visits. I am assuming they factor in things such as duration of visa free stay in individual countries, consular support etc when determining these rankings but I would rather be spared the hassle of submitting fingerprints and forking out £100 each time I need a 30 day Iranian visa than 6 months visa free in Antigua or whatever...
