As for the men who act like dogs, they usually don't care about marriage or a woman being virgin or not because they are getting freebies from various partners. As for those Muslim men who engage in pre-marital activities and then want a virgin bride, the entire Muslim community should get together to do a communal "lanat" on those men.

On the contrary he should have the right to question her if he himself is a virgin and find another girl.

Now if he wasn't a virgin then that's a different story. It would be hypocrisy on his part.

Completely right. However, just to add further to the notion of "it takes two to tango", I would like to unequivocally state that it is far more easier for one gender to tango, the females. Females are the gatekeepers of their sexuality and family lineage and this is what the nature has intended. The same is not true for men. Female promiscuity is literally unchecked as the consequences are fast diminishing and the whole fantasy created by our society that females are the fairer sex. It's simply not true! They're equally, if not more, capable of every sort of deviation when provided the opportunity. For example, the amount of pedophile female teachers in USA has reached a massive epidemic. The mainstream media doesn't even refer to it as rape because the perpetrator is a female, while a man in similar situation usually ends up dead in the prison. This is just one example out of many of what the female is ALSO capable of when given the chance that menfolk have had since ages. The only difference is that the men have to face the consequences while the females are still somehow deemed oppressed and fair.

You see now in Pakistani middle class, upper middle class and the elites, virginity is not an issue no more amongst various other sins. Instead of fighting the scourge of pre-marital relationship and fornication they are normalizing it so that it's not considered a sin/problem any more. The kind of direction this society is heading to, they will be making paternity test illegal down the line because the females will be leeching of a beta guy with a good job while passing on genes of an alpha criminal, like what's happening in the Western part of the world. For instance the paternity tests are illegal in France due to obvious reasons.
