Fake news. Are you pilot? I doubt.

with licence, we made in Vietnam.

what license? You don't have any semiconductor design companies or foundries. You don't have the capability to license.

Chinese semiconductor foundries all fabricate at 14 nm, ahead of EU and Japan. Chinese design companies design for 7 nm. I ask you again where are you licensing anything?

you are not a technician, you don't understand how to do that.

main problem here is that we not integrated huawei parts or components in to the system.

What did I say wrong? Vietnam doesn't have semiconductor foundries is a well known fact. Even North Korea has some foundries.

I'm really wandering why you don't understand what I said, when you are living in USA, not in rural mountainous area in China.

China's rural mountainous area also has semiconductor foundries. Both foreign and domestic companies have invested in modern 300 mm semiconductor foundries in rural mountainous Chongqing in western China.

This single rural mountainous place in China produces more semiconductor components in a day than Vietnam ever will. Vietnamese government is planning a backwards 200 mm facility producing at 0.18 um (180 nm), hasn't even been built yet. 200 mm wafers at 180 nm process nodes is what US had in 1990. Your planned foundry is 30 years obsolete before it even is built.

SMIC produces at 14 nm.

The first 5G Network - transmitter/receiver station in Hanoi set up by Viettel (Top carrier Viettel has selected Ericsson, Nokia, and Qualcomm 5G components) ...:pop:

You quoted below a paper that Vietnam has at least 10 semiconductor companies engaged in production and IC design. Here you say Vietnam has no semiconductor design company. You jump here and there as you please?

Ok true we haven’t foundries that is the reason why we need transfer of technology from Japan and the West.

IC design in Vietnam is a joke, because you don't use the most advanced designs. Nothing prevents Vietnam from designing 7nm chips on 300 mm wafers... Why isn't Vietnam doing that? Because they can't.
