By the way Vietnam domestic coal reserves is enough for 65 years. Unproven reserves is even estimated enough hundreds of years. Problem is Vietnam coals are dirty not good for modern coal power plants.

Not dirty but very low calori, we also have huge low calori coal that no body ones, but now we try to use it for gasification project, turn it into something similar like LNG

By the way, Russian energy minister said Today that the gas supply from Russia to Europe is still going on with the same capacity, so look like the price rise is more due to panic, or maybe the oil supply that is currently stuck, due to the war that usually will impact gas price as well.

It is clear that Russia will still get the payment from Europe and energy sector is still not effected in term of supply and payment
