Orange agent was used in limited area in forest of jungle only. The America had paid for cleaning already. The field for planting of coffee is not effected by orange agent.

I googled. Vietnam coffee consumption is 140,000 ton a year. Per capita Indonesia interestingly has the similar consumption. They seem have a strong cafe culture too.

Japan has the highest consumption per capita among Asian countries, Singapore, Malaysia then Indonesia and Vietnam . Most of India and Pakistan seem contend with milk and tea
