To think in the other way; most probably french co-operates with vietnamese industry to build these subs with low-cost and to market nearby countries . Saving costs in double way , transfer and production costs.

Good toys,i would like to receive one,if there is low cost shipment also should know if they are utilized with french made batteries and electric engine , makes no sense with made in china ones.

AIP? Anything is driven with batteries is AIP , i dont think a person will consider to put one piston diesel into minisub to recharge batteries. AIP is a sophisticated tech, shouldnt be mentioned with these subs.
