The problem for CN is that CN is still ruling by Northern Cnese who good at Nothing but pillaging and looting like their ancesstors (Quanrong,Manchus,Mongol races).

Bcs their IQ are low and only good at pillaging, so of course they never realize how Important of SCS (east VN sea) is. Qing officers even said :" those islands belong to VN" when some bussinessmen blame that their merchantships were robber there. Of course we still keep that envident.
