To be honest, you get what you wish for. The answer came because of your provocation. Seriously speaking if it comes to national interests, we will never let anyone to look into our cards.

Vietnam must inspect Toyota over technical faults

Vietnam must inspect Toyota over technical faults, said Nguyen Manh Hung, chairman of the Vietnam Automobile Transportation Association.

Vietnam must inspect Toyota over technical faults, said Nguyen Manh Hung, chairman of the Vietnam Automobile Transportation Association.

Hung said he has read the accusation letter from engineer Le Van Tach and response from Toyota Vietnam and that the two have differences.

Tach, currently working for Toyota Vietnam, earlier released documents showing three major problems with cars of the Innova and Fortuner models.

So for safety sake, Vietnam Register, the central government agency in charge of vehicle safety, must inspect and make public its conclusion, Hung told Tuoi Tre.

According to Hung, if the technical faults are like Tach claimed, Toyota Vietnam must recall all the faulty vehicles

Video about VN space project in English sub

This project is too far fetched. I do not see any substantial build up of space industry in the near future. I can see Viet Nam building automobile engine, ship engine, microchip in the 2020's; that's more realistic on our industrialization timeline.

Honestly, I do not believe in state-run organizations, corporations. They are just so noisy, with large and expensive investment, but they did, are, and will not do anything worthy of the investment amount from taxpayer money.
They only have the talent to evaporate huge amounts of money.
Vinashin was loss of USD 4 billion.
Vinaline was also not to outdone Vinashin.
Next PVN, Vinaconex ...

Look, the first mini-satellite designed and built by a research center of FPT University, an university of a private Group FPT. [although only a very very small satellite, the first]

Some Vietnamese brands which I have introduced in "Vietnam's economy" topic, mainly by private groups, although they do not get huge incentives as state groups.

We should put a spy satellite in space as soon as possible, that is capable to monitor all naval activities in the East Sea and adjacent waters. That will strengthen our defence a lot.

Interesting, the US provides loan and probably builds the next satellite for VN: Vinasat-3

In June, the US Ex-Im bank received Whitehouse approval for a $125.8 million direct loan to Vietnam for the construction of a communciations satellite ,Vinasat 3, which is expected to be built by a US satellite manufacturer. Its forerunner, Vinasat 2, was built by Lockheed Martin.

US EX-IM gives loans and guarantees for satellite construction
