This was a mistake worth trolling and beating for. The guy posted a whole article on greenfield projects, and didn't know what it meant! I am sure he didn't even try reading it. He just posted it because it seemed to be a positive article on Vietnam.

All financed by foreign money with the bulk of the work done by Chinese engineers and workers.

I don't think that should matter even if it were true. A lot of China's factories were build with foreign money and expertise. Even the Shanghai's latest building, the second tallest in the world, has used foreign talent in designing the building. All SOHO buildings are almost exclusively designed by foreigners.

Unless it gets done, its ok.
