You see, since both country return to normal relationship in 1990s, we have no war anymore.
Even we both claim some islands, none of us take islands back with force.
And the economy connection is boosting rapidly.
In this case, we are surely not enemy.

But whether we can be true friends, it may depends on all of us.
I hope more and more effective communication between CN and VN member here, rather than meaningless argue.
CN member should not threat VN anymore and VN people no longer use anti-China action for internal politic purpose.

Vietnam is buying them without any capability to reproduce them at a massive scale. But I guess more $$$ for our Uncle Sam here. *_*

Hopefully they would sell F-35s to Vietnam but I highly doubt it，not to mention buying a single one will make Vietnam go bankrupt

We can't pursue a win-defeat here. What we could do the best : sharing our anger/love, true feeling about each others. tell them what you, your people really feel about them, hear what their people really think/worry about you.

pump what? every item had their own names, i can't tell what do you mean with a pump and must be classified as lethal and sensitive items, even CN-235/C-295 ramp door had their own hydrolic pump mechanism.

US still could at some time control what belong to them as "certificate" , "patents" ... Next few months, I hope Vietnam would never must think about that again.

For example, Vietnam could buy Israeli Extra missiles even before the fully lifting of US ban on arm sale to Vietnam... I guess that missile out of US control.

The US Embassy hosted the meeting with 10 of biggest weapon suppliers from US in Hanoi this month.
That means the embargoes don't last for long from now. Do you agree?
