China will do this, do that blah blah blah, but in fact China huge forces just got a humiliate lost again in oil rig conflict when VN just simply use small forces to counter.

Does not matter, it doesn't have all the necessary components to track and engage a ballistic missile. Therefore, it cannot handle missiles.

Any war between Vietnam and China will create more damage to Vietnam than China at this point and any foreseeable future. Its best for Vietnam to maintain peace with China.

Yeah. Peace is mutual benefit. Vietnam would not trigger the war. But Vietnam doing their best to be ready on any war. A war for defending Vietnam.
