No, vietnamese has the same IQ as taiwanese people, but we have a bigger population, bigger landmass, bigger maritime domain, and more abundant natural resources than Taiwan. your higher GDP per capita is just a snapshot of time.

Yep. Pretty sure Vietnamese IQ is around 100, which is good but still not as high as Taiwan's. Taiwan actually has quite a large maritime domain with Taiping Island :p
