Videogate: Individual named in judge's affidavit arrested by FIA

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Wednesday arrested Tariq Mehmood, an individual involved in the Videogate scandal involving accountability Judge Arshad Malik.
Mehmood was named in the affidavit submitted by Judge Malik in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
The investigation agency presented Mehmood before the court and he was remanded in physical custody for two days. The FIA had asked for a 10-day physical remand.
Mehmood will be presented in court on July 19 after a medical checkup. He was brought in the civil court in armoured personal carrier (APC) with heavy security protocol.
