The flight regime (especially the booster dropping away) is characteristic of the C-802X series or its Iranian equivalents (Noor, Qader, etc.). Additionally, it has been reported by Janes that the Yemeni Navy has been operating C-802 missiles in the region; this is not the first time such missiles were used to carry out anti-coalition attacks.
