Because your soldiers were killing a civillian(proved) while ours were killing a terrorist in a terror prone state(if that guy is not a terrorist then the soldier will be punished but our army and GOI will never say this openly) .

one question to pakistanis , why would the indian army kill a civilian they are trying to get out of the rubble ? Why ? why would that make sense ? If indian army was doing that in kashmir then almost all kashmiris would have been dead by now .They would not kill an innocent civilian under the rubble .what motive would make them do that ?

No pakistani will answer this question because nobody has a logical answer to this .

But you are against India army killing.. insurgents fighting for your cause( either armed or unarmed).

A Special Police Officer(SPO) and an Army Jawan who allegedly staged the killing of an unidentified mentally-challenged civilian from Rajouri as part of a conspiracy to gain personal benefits were arrested and booked for murder, police said.

Army yesterday claimed to have killed a Pakistani militant and divisional commander of Lashker-e-Taiba, Abu Usman, after a 12-hour long gunbattle at Surankote area of Poonch district in Jammu region, and claimed recovery of arms and ammunition from him.

However, during the probe it was found that the deceased was a civilian.

The soldiers are scum who murdered an innocent civilian.

You got no idea of the hostile situation soldiers fight in, they actually get a slight moment to take a decision and in that moment they don't discuss the kind of weapon their enemy is having but they take action . Now think about this if pak soldiers were in a same situation do you still expect your soldiers to say look he got a grenade should I shoot or look grenade grenade grenade

Proof or he was not a terrorist. Where is the proof. The reason for his shooting by the barbaric indian army was simple they wanted blood for the death of their guys.

Do you know what was the punishment given to the Commanding Officer and a Inspector who were found of guilty about fake encounter. It was a death sentenct. The Judge just said that if the law enforcing agency is the wrong doer, the punishment will be a capital punishment. With this verdict recently pronounced, do you think that the Army personal will do a fake encounter.
The Army under takes a operation with reliable source and high precession, so you need not come and say we are all barbarians.
we know what we are doing to protect the health of the nation by eliminating the cancer. so if you are so mad at us, call your government and ask them to show the strength by bombarding some shells at our Army post. if you could i will accept that you are born killers and you have the highest guts.

Proven by whom ..you people on internet..right!! ..last I heard ..was your armed forces had to order investigation into the incident(after previously denying it)..now since your are claiming the video is fake ..you must be having the inquiry report with you ..care to share.

PS: I know it is not about Pakistani army ..but here we are discussing the barbarity of shooting unarmed men, aren't we..so how does it matter if Indian army does it or Pakistani army does it??
