All they managed to hit was some kerosene barrels.
Only damage was to some local people shops & a telephone exchange which went fully functional again.

The stillness of movement and camera quality.In my experience the truth is almost always the less exciting option. Hence my guess that this is simply a quad, probably being used as an artillery observer.
