Well I didn't expect Italy to collapse in to a dozen countries again but either way Venice wouldn't survive for a year if Italy wouldn't supply it, or any other nation in this case

Venice is wonderful place to visit. I last went there When Italy won the Football World Cup in 2006. Although 1 visit doesn't conclude something, but what i saw was patriotism, crowds waving the Italian flag and chanting. Technically, there are independence movements in every country however if there are like 1000 people supporting out of a 1 million, then there is no point really raising the issue.
