There should referendum in indian occupied Kashmir, Sikkim and other NE states.

But the condition should be that even the outsted Kashmiri pandits will get to vote.And also the kashmiri women married to non Kashmiri guys will get the right to participate in the referendum.

Just so that you know ,according to the UN resolution of 1949 a referendum in Kashmir is possible only if Pak withdraws all its Forces from Pak occupied Kashmir and allow the consolidation of the land with Indian state of J&K.But India is still allowed to maintain optimum force level in J&K. It is only than that a referendum could be held in Kashmir,if u agree than we could start making arrangements!!
