that's the difference between a 3rd world air force and Russia/China. 3rd world airforce - indeed, most air forces other than USAF, RuAF and PLAAF is like you buy a car kit to assemble. The pieces sort of fit, but it isn't custom made.

US/Russia/China don't build with legos, they just make the car with custom OEM components. their planes are custom made for their doctrines which fit their needs exactly.

Let me ask u a simple question. Do u think Venezuela will allow Russian and Chinese to take look at their F-16 given both US and Venezuela have face off each other with point of no return? Or Venezuela still stick to US export principle of not divulge their F-16 secret? There is no more secret left for Russia and China regards to F-16. Even US has moved on.

The Russia and Chinese already has a good look at F-16 and China are willing to fabricate a lot of spare parts for Venezuela to keep their F-16 flying. Seriously ,F-16 despite being a legend is consider an outdated product in 2020.
