It was case on his father that because of his firing in the air "Hawai Firing" some people were killed and the opponents including Usman Buzdar and his brothers names in FIR as well.
He never convicted by the court rather he declared not guilty by the court. But still he paid Dayyiet as per Tribal Law....

how can "hawae" firing kill "some people"? one or two injured or dead due to aerial firing can be accepted but "some" people died due to aerial firing...? seems suspicious.

and now IK and his supporters will have to defend another bongi by IK.

Eid is a festival of joy. One should celebrate it by giving joy instead of using firearms and indulging in aerial firing. The bullets fired in the air will come down at a much higher speed, and they can cause casualties.

This is a request to all to avoid using guns as a means of celebration. Instead it would be in the fitness of the occasion to distribute alms among the poor. Other provincial governments should also pay a heed to this issue.

the report is completely BS. most likely they had some sort of fighting in which this party used firearms and killed some men.

Imran khan is facing 32 FIR due to dharna in Islamabad. Political motivated cases are normal here and same in tribal areas too.
About this particular selection I think imran khan already knew and they took him in confidence. Buzdar has nothing to do in this but still paid diyat according to tribal tradition.
