using a cellular smart watch in Pakistan

eSim for wearable isn't supported in Pakistan even as of today.
The Ufone support confirmed me on email that it supports Samsung Galaxy watches. However, when I arrived Pakistan and visited the Service center, they informed me that I was misguided.

The eSim support is just applicable for Phones.

When I put ufone sim in my smart watch it on only first time and I think after identifying sim in few seconds it is power offed itself.but when I remove sim it works fine. It was a gift from UK. Can u help??
