Every single top country is doping , the tech just keeps getting better at hiding it. Countries are giving PED to kids as young as 11.
Managing hormones , improving bone density , improving joint lubrication. The stuff is a big list.

One just need hormones that mimic the real ones and during tests keep the levels on or under normal levels.

On top they do, extensive R&D in physio, posture and technique.

Its the south Asians that come of as delusional jungle monkeys , rejoicing over 1 gold.
The western block also almost managed to ban wrestling , only reverting back after great backlash. Olympics was never about fairness and everything about a racism and supremacism .

We can't be blamed for the sudden Chinese athlete shortage. They had 639 at the Beijing Olympics. Go blame their Olympic committee for cheaping out or maybe pulling certain athletes because they didn't want anymore bad PR incidents.

There is state sponsored doping in Anglo countries. I didn't see evidence that there is state sponsored doping in other countries.
