The US has specified that it veto the selling of two new civil nuclear reactors to Pakistan by China, earlier this week Clinton had told Pakistani journalists that US would work with Pakistan on civil nuclear energy, Pakistan has been demanding a civil nuclear deal with US on the lines of that with India.China has already promised its two nuclear reactors to Pakistan on which US has sought additional clarification, US fears that a treaty of this sorts would make it easy for misuse by extremists, US also sees the sino-Pak treaty as a threat to its important position in Pak, a top official from white house says that the treaty is a clever plan hatched by China to bolster its own presence in Pakistan.Well god knows about the games being played by China and US , but it will be definitely Pakistan which would be at a loss if this treaty is not passed.

shameful for us a non-NATO important ally

The veto cannot enforce an action upon the UNSC, it can only stop the UNSC's actions. Stop making ridiculous threads with no basis in fact.

At max only a vote against the NSG exemption can be casted. China has already stated that it does not need an NSG exemption.
