Why not some A-10s thunderbolt, and F-16s.it is time to arm Afghanistan to defend itself.
These little birds are very good in reckon missions, in combination with the Mi-17s it will be a good addition to Afghanistan.

The reason behind is crystal clear. Afghan army is not capable to secure these Thunderbolts and vipers. Their poor performance against Afghan taliban and haqqani is not veiled.

Yes, and none of the mid-high-end platforms are being maintained or operated independently by the corrupt Afghans. Neither their education nor training is adequate for operating those kind of hardwares, however, they are damn good at selling them.

Afghan police should be replaced by Taliban I guess, since they are anti-drug and anti-rape.

So why they do not help the Afghans to secure the platforms for the time being, until they can do it on their own. They can assign some marines to do that, since they have signed a new deal to stay in Afghanistan.

They will leave soon. BTW they can help to construct the infrastructure of the country but the security conditions are worse.

i think the afghans should ask india for some Jaguars, they are better ground attack platform than Super Tucanos and should only cost 9 Mil usd each

India will not going to give the Jaguar's to anyone ..They are under Massive Upgrading and Only Nuclear capable Attack Jet

Those New upgrade keep the Jags till 2035

Taliban can better handle afghan people but it is difficult to handle Taliban.
