"Made In China 2025" was not out of blue and was not "Based on the premises" of foreign tech transfer. I would suggest you to google 863 program, 973 program, 985 project to see for how long China has been contemplating this initiative. Never underestimate China's determination and perseverance, and don't discount the value of high average IQ among orientals to which you belong. On top of that, google "996", "711" to find out the dedication of Chinese engineers in their quest for tech independence. So no, "Made in China" is not dead, it is here to stay, with or without "Forced foreign tech transfer".
Karl Marx said, for 300% profit, Capitalists will sell us the rope with which we use to hang them. "Forced ToT" is the biggest BS the west has been peddling to smear China's progress, and any well educated level headed person can see the logic fallacy in it. How China can "force" tech transfer if not for MNC CEO's own greed?
Your guess doesn't mean much. 20 years back, lots of people in the west guessed "the collapse of China", or "color revolution" in China, but no one had ever guessed China would become what it is today, and its own development plan would arouse so much fear, and became THE target of persecution of the West.
