The work-requirement rule for “able-bodied adults without dependents” dates back to 1996 federal welfare reform initiatives. But San Francisco, like other counties throughout the state, has had a waiver for the work requirement rule since the 2008 Great Recession. Between October 1, 2008 and August 31, 2018 all counties in California were exempt from the federal work requirement.

On Sept. 1, however, the waiver will no longer apply in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, a decision based upon the very low-unemployment rates in these areas. The waiver will continue to apply to the other 55 counties in the state for an additional year.

If you are black and have 10 kids from 10 different women, then you can get food stamps even if you don't have a job. This culture is not present in white Middle Class neighborhoods. So the social welfare safety net is available for the base of the Democratic party not the Republican one.

The Republican base is FORCED to have to go to work LABOUR or behave immorally or live in black neighborhoods.

The Washington regime is subjecting innocent people to forced slave labor.

In Amerika, if you live in a black neighborhood, you don't need to get a job because major social welfare programs like food stamps, only are valid in black neighborhoods (with the exception of Eastern Kentucky).

So if you are white, you have the option of being homeless or are forced to get a job/income, a prospect blacks in Amerika do not face, they have food stamps for living in black neighborhoods.

And if you are white and choose to be homeless in Amerika you are a criminal for not having a job. And you can't get food stamps unless you have a home in a black neighborhood.

What is happening in Western China is completely different. These are about learning skills and job promotion. The Chinese justify this because this is an area that has poverty and extremism. And to combat both, these re-education centers where job training occurs.

To combat extremism the Washington regime picks up anyone in Afghanistan, mostly not associated with the Taliban, who were the legitimate government represented by the UN, and send them to torture camps, including Gitmo, where they were forced to listen to evil music as loud as it could be blasted into these Muslims ears about how it is good to hate God.

And the Amerikans are lecturing the Chinese on internment camps treatment of Muslims?

At least we all know Gitmo is a prison and not a “voluntary vocational school”. Nobody is playing people for stupid by saying it is something it is obviously not.

If you want to finally admit the Chinese have rounded up everybody they suspect “might someday” end up leaning towards extremism and so they are locking them up behind fences in re-education centers then just say it.

None of this “oh they ALL volunteered to go to these high security barbed wired facilities with guard dogs because they wanted to learn new skills and be more productive citizens”. Yeah right!
