US Soldiers Learn How to Shoot the German G-36 Assault Rifle
German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen stated in mid 2015 that the military will stop using the G-36 assault rifle that does not shoot straight per field tests in warm temperatures. The German military has used the G-26 since the 1990’, popular military reported.
“This weapon, the way it is now constructed, has no future in German armed forces,” von der Leyen said. The transition to a replacement is scheduled to be complete by 2019.
