Don't kid yourself. Chinese are expensive to hire while plenty of cheap indian labour available with countries like UAE, Saudi and Qatar hiring them for dirty jobs.

UAE cancelled the billion USD arm deal F-35 deal after the US told them to cancel Huawei 5G deal.
